مقاومت به کینولون ها به واسطه پلاسمید در باکتری های با اهمیت بالینی

داروهای کینولون مواد ضدمیکروبی صناعی و از آنتی ­بیوتیک­های رایج مصرفی در دنیا هستند که در درمان عفونت ­های متعدد بالینی مورد استفاده قرار می­ گیرند. از دلایل اهمیت بالینی کینولون ­ها به عنوان آنتی بیوتیک ­های ایده ­آل می­ توان؛ اثربخشی بالا، وسیع ­الطیف بودن، فراهمی زیستی بالا و عوارض دارویی کم را نام برد. این عوامل ضدمیکروبی فاقد منشأ بیولوژیکی می ­باشند .علاوه بر جهش­ های کروموزومی در ژن ­های هدف که مقاومت نسبت به این داروها را به همراه دارد، در سال ­های اخیر مقاومت به واسطه حضور ژن­ های پلاسمیدی خانواده qnr نیز بروز نموده و درمان عفونت ­های ناشی از ارگانیسم­ های مقاوم را مشکل نموده است. مقاومت کینولونی وابسته به پلاسمید (PMQR) به ­دلیل گسترش سریع در بین باکتری ­ها نقش بسیار مهمی در مقاومت به این داروها ایفا می­ کند. تا به ­حال سه نوع مقاومت کینولونی وابسته به پلاسمید شناسایی شده که شامل؛ پروتئین aac(6´)-Ib-cr، پمپ پروتئینی qepA و پروتئین ­های qnr می ­باشد. در این تحقیق نقش پروتئین ­های qnr در ایجاد مقاومت دارویی نسبت به مجموعه داروهای پُرمصرف کینولون مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
