Methods: In a descriptive study and through random sampling, 100 patients who referred to diabetic center of Avi-Cina hospital of Qazvin were examined for HbA1c, FBS, BS 4pm. Findings: Of all patients, 30% were in type I and 70% in type II. The most beginning sign of diabetics were polydypsia and polyuria (58%). The average beginning age of diabetics in type I is 23 years and seven months and in type II, 44 years and 8 months. Diabetes control was good in 19% of patients, moderate in 59% and poor in 22%.
